kanonballTX is back!!!

Finally got the gorillas in and installed them friday. Put em' to the test saturday and had no probs whatsoever. Did have a rollover which leads me to the next question. What are the best safety harnesses for the cat? Will be doing some safety upgrades before next adventure.

We Really Like Our Simpsons In The Rhino. I Prefer The 5-point To The Y Belts. Make Sure You Get Them With Sewn In Pads. Black Rhino Sells Simpson. Others On This Site Have Crow & They Like Those.

I also like the Crowe belts. I have 4 sets of 4 points in mine, but would probably go 5 point if I did it again. The crotch strap keeps the belt down around your waist where it should be. I hate when I tighted my belts and they ride up................

P.S. At least you didn't roll straight over backwards on your lid, like I did!!

We tackled some pretty tuff rocks too. I will also be replacing the skid plates. Alot of the trails we were on are also use by rock crawlers. Only a few times did I think I was goin over. When I actually turned it over I was in the middle of my third donut when it grabbed and that was that. Will probably be changin from the stock cage to beefier race-style cage in the future, and will begin wearing helmet more too. Thanks for input on the belts guys.

Good to hear ya back running again. I like the Simpson harness personally. Got em on mine. Also built me a full roll cage. Sure gives peace of mind, but not a replacement for good judgement.
