Its definetly runnin too lean becarful runnin like that it will eventualy burn up on you.Gibson says no fuel remaping is neccesary for that system but I have heard that before from other companys and still had to do it.Also you said running at 62 mph is a problem it leans out real bad does a bone stock rzr with gibson eqhaust hit speeds of 62mph or is it slower. Your fuel pump may not be able to keep up with the volume needed at high speeds. Post any other mods I may be able to help. What air filter cdi programer etc.

With stock exhaust re-installed try to disconnect the battery for a couple minutes to reset ecu it wont change your mapping but the ecu may still be trying to compensait for the readings it was getting with the other exh system. It may work for you.

But now that I re-installed the orig Exhaust setup - need to have the RZR check out by a good mechanic -is seem to be running lean - I think it was because of the Gibson muffler - need to have the fuel map set back to orig and test it.

Do you know of any good mechanic here in the deaert- 10west motorspots does not have a diagnostic maching to check it out ;-(
Who did the re-maping are you sure it was set correctly. With the stock exhaust reinstalled it should be runnin fat or rich maping may have been wrong from the begging.

OK, update,
We removed the cables from the battery (just like Craig idea), we installed back the orig exhuast, reintalled batter cables, check for any codes (we got a manual) all clear, took it out for a test ride on Saturday and........................

Our RZR is back to life, man let me tell you when this thing works good it goes ;-)
