Fire out thur Exhaust

Need help here ;-)

I installed a Gibson Exhaust, NO Commander, NO Fuel Controller or any other thing.

RZR has problems on take off need to pump gas paddel for it to go, when on high RPMS and let go of gas paddel, popping and fire blow out of Exhust end. After rideing fast or hard and comming to a stop Exahust pipes are so hot and red that it melt the bottom of the bed, any Comments or idea will help ;-)

Aslo Battery indicater light turn\blinkes on dash when running at low or high RPM (I aslo installed Odyssey PC925) this seems to make my RZR act up ;-)

It sounds like it is running lean, check your fuel pump, if it is like the Rhino it runs of off vaccum and they are very unreliable. i have changed mine to electric.

I Am Pretty Sure The Rzr Is Electric Because Isn't It Fuel Injected?

You May Have To Rejet. I Know When I Put An Exhaust & Air Filter On All Of My Quads I Had To Rejet. I Am Pretty Sure You Can Rejet Fuel Injection.
