powerloss

Just bought a rzr, but it allready had 900 kms on it. It was a repo from texas. Its has powerloss when climbing small hills, and even on stright going, it keeps cutting in and out of power. in high range and the peddle pined sometimes only doing 30-35 mph and then cuts in goes to 45-50 mph. let the gas go and slow down to 10-20 mph and pin it again thats all she got, keep her poined for a bit she then might cut in. Sometime she dont cut in at all. I am a big POLARIS fan and it really pissing me off.

I change oil and filter
change air filter...was full of mud casue a cove clip was missing
cleaned exuast filter....Was Kinda dirty
injection cleaner
some octane boost
toped up coolent
new plugs
went for a test run the fist 15mins were fun had get up and go better peddle response,, but on my way back to the truck it started again...

the peddle response it not what i thought it was going to be at all,,,,was hoping for a little more get up and go.....not that great with 4 stroke....anyone with any ideas....all ears are open here guys

DO THIS FIRST BECAUSE THE NEW FORMULA GAS GOES BAD QUICK. THEN IF IT STARTS RUNNING GOOD PUT STA-BIL IN THE TANK IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE IT FOR A MONTH.

i think i know what the problem is.....its the stupied air filter, not filtering the air at all. its sending dirty air to the carbs and you know what that causes it to do..
