We Were @ The Dunaway Dash New Years Eve Weekend. This Is By Plaster City West, The West Side Of The Imperial Valley. I Was Actually More Afraid For My Life Over There Than @ The Dunes. Lots Of Racers & Wannabe Racers & Lots Of Alcohol. It Was Very Scary & Very Dusty. The Sand Is Cleaner & I Feel Way Safer In Glamis. Actually Precentage Wise I Believe There Have Been More Fatalities In The Western Desert Including Superstition, Than In The Dune Areas. Because There Are Way More People In The Dunes.

It is called weeding out the idiots. Unfortunately the losers that camp on tortilla flats on the way to the day hill can still afford the passes.

Been going to the dunes for a long time and not been hassled by the leo. Just follow the rules and stay away from the idiots. It is good to just ride and then go to the hill an dpeople watch. Some people are dumb when they start getting the alcohol flowing.

Yep as a vendor in Glamis this new fee increase sucks. I cannot wait until the first
person comes to me to buy one and I have to tell them it has increased because
they decided to just come on a whim and didn't get one before they left. Yep this
poor person will give me all kinds of s--- and it's not my fault. We really don't make anything on them we just carry them for the convenience of the duner.
