Ernesto,
I will not be taking the Ranger to Camp, I took some pic's of it and here a link to the stereo box ;-)

New Genuine Polaris Ranger Accessories / RANGER 2008 XP / Jensen Stereo Head Unit Mount Plate / pt # 2876162 specs

Box and Stereo (Waterproof) goes inside the Glove box, I cut a round hole in back of the glove box and ran all the wires thru it, got a rubber antena and ran it down the side, you can see the tip of the antena come out the bottom.

Hope this helps ;-)

Thank you Cisco. Durring my research I found that you can just connect an MP3 player to the amp dirrectly, so I figure the less moving parts the better. Since I have an MP3 that is flash base another words no drive, I figure I find an amp that would work with out too much trouble. Well I found it in ebay. 300W 2CH MOTORCYCLE SPEAKER AMPLIFIER MP3 IPOD AMP AMPS - eBay (item 270239866397 end time Jun-01-08 19:29:22 PDT)
I try to get it at a store to have it for this ride but could not find one anywere but I will have it setup next time.

I just did a pre-install to see if it would work and the AMP to mp3 players works like a champ. I need to install some kind of power on of switch so that the amp wont be drawing power days on end. But other then that and some other speakers I'm a go.

Hi guys here are some pics from my semi final setup. The reason I say semi final is because in the future I plan on installing speakers over head for better lisening. For now I got a supermini Mitzu 300 watts amp. 2 - 2 way Blaupunkt speakers, a power cut off switch and MP3 connection cable. Comments, questions welcome

I run a 200 watt power amp with connecting cords to my MP3 player. powers 2 6x9 pioneer speakers under the dash.

anything cd will skip a LOT...stereos will collect dirt and sieze up after a couple months....and they skip on big bumps and all jumps.

MP3 player is the best method...and CHEAPER than most of those pretty marine stereos. (if you NEED an AM/FM radio you need a marine radeo but me...I like tunes blasting loud to encourage driving fast.)
